This page has general info about the PAC Shows and how to get involved as well as links to join Google Classroom groups for Tech Crew and shows.

BROADWAY NIGHT |
Broadway Night is the PAC's first show of the year: a Musical Theater Cabaret in early October.
10-12th Grade Students can audition for a solo/duet act, and students in all grades can sign up to be in a group act or dance (no audition needed). Sign ups and auditions take place during the first two weeks of school. Details and information for students are posted in Google Classroom. The Classroom link will be posted in early June. |
FALL PLAY |
The Fall Play is performed in November in the Black Box. Casting is done by audition, and Tech Crew positions are open to all students. We alternate between Shakespeare plays and a mix of contemporary, classic, comedy, drama and other genres to give students a wide range of experience.

TECH CREW |
Tech Crew is an opportunity students to get involved in the behind-the-scenes work of PAC: Scenery, Lighting, Costumes, Props, Sound & Stage Management. All students are welcome to join, no auditions necessary, just join Google Classroom and fill out the Crew Selection Form. Tech Crew is a flexible commitment: different crews meet on different days, and attendance is never mandatory. That means students can choose which Tech Crew Roles are of interest to them, and can participate for certain parts of the year or as it fits with sports, jobs or other activities.
The Tech Crew Google Classroom has info packets for each season (Fall, Winter, Spring) with more detail about how it works. The 2025-26 Classroom Link will be posted in August. |
IMPROV |
BHS IMPROV HAS TWO GROUPS:
Improv Troupe, which is open to all Students and Improv Ensemble, which is by audition. Improv Troupe rehearses Thursdays 6-7:45, Improv Ensemble rehearses Mondays 2:30-4 (in October Monday rehearsals will be for Improv Ensemble AND Improv Troupe!) THE IMPROV CALENDAR HAS THREE SEGMENTS: Fall “intro” rehearsals: a chance for all students to practice skills and try out improv before committing to being in a show. December-January rehearsals for Winter Shows February-May rehearsals for Spring Shows E-mail the Student Directors with questions. The 2025-26 Google Classroom Link will be posted in September |
MUSICAL |
The March Musical is the largest PAC Production of the year. The show is cast by audition, with roles available to every student who auditions. Auditions take place in late November/Early December, with rehearsals from December-March.

ONE ACTS |
Student Directed One Acts are an evening of short plays directed by PAC Juniors and Seniors in May. All PAC Students can audition or join tech crew, and the tech is entirely student designed.

COLLEGE REC LETTER INFO |
Class of 2026: If you want a college recommendation letter from Mr. Flam, read the info document below. Because I know many of you outside an academic class, it's important to read the info document to make sure you are thinking of asking for the correct type of rec letter.
Once you've read the info doc, you can fill out the google form to request a rec letter. In October, I'll email instructions for what to do next. 2026 DEADLINE TO REQUEST A LETTER: Early Decision: October 13 / Regular Decision: December 1 |
